Information we collect
When you submit a form, we may collect your name, phone number, suburb, service request and message. We use it to respond to your enquiry and arrange a quote.
How information is handled
Enquiry information may be stored in systems used to manage leads and communications. We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with contractors involved in responding to or delivering the requested service.

Quote planner and enquiry information
The area calculator runs in your browser. When you choose to use its brief in an enquiry, the brief is temporarily stored in this browser session and inserted into the contact form. It is not submitted until you send that form.
Enquiries can include your optional email address, the page where you entered the site, the referring website's hostname and campaign labels. These help us respond and understand which pages generate enquiries. We do not deliberately include unrelated query strings in these fields.
The form uses our website server and a Google hosted enquiry service. Temporary request counts derived from a network address may be used to limit repeated submissions. The browser cannot always confirm that the receiving enquiry system has saved a submission; contact us by phone if you need confirmation.
Contact preferences
Submitting an enquiry is permission to contact you about that enquiry, not consent to join a marketing mailing list. Contact us to ask about access, corrections or deletion of information you have supplied.
